5/13 Speaker:

Laurie Lippin, Ph.D., will be leading a 1 1/2 hour workshop based on her model Understanding Whiteness/Unraveling Racism(UW/UR), and book of the same title. UW/UR is an experiential model designed to help turn the lens on the very important and often neglected other side of diversity.  The model provides a non-threatening framework that encourages openness and honesty with the goal of bringing participants to a new consciousness around white identity.  Open to all.  Come to explore your own identity through this lens.

Women's Activist Circle of the Russian River:

SHE RISES is a monthly circle open to all who identify as women. Our objective is to empower, support, network, educate and strengthen ourselves and one another in our collective and individual responses to the Resistance movement in this country. We provide a platform to share ideas, brainstorm, announce plans, protests, and actions to take in our community in support of human rights, environmental and social justice issues and hold each other accountable to continuing the acts of resistance in the current political climate.

Please join us the SECOND Sunday of every month, 5-6:30pm.
